Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Senior Advisor provides advice to support, maintain, and improve the delivery of high-quality work programmes within the BreastScreen Aotearoa programme. Collaborates with providers and key stakeholders to ensure implementation of programmes that support priority populations.
Using multidisciplinary input to analyse programme development, quality, and safety improvement activities as well as provide consistent high-quality advice and support. The Senior Advisor will lead the effective implementation of performance monitoring and evaluation, and reporting frameworks for key work programmes. They will provide leadership for projects and areas, working with others to ensure all work is well planned and enhancing the capability of the team through guiding and mentoring of other team members during their day-to-day work.
This is a secondment/ fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2023.

The ideal candidate will be an avid writer, clear communicator and can reflect on what they are doing and seek out the relevant connections and partnerships that are key to their work. The Senior Advisor will need to formulate strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, while remaining resilient and patient.

- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships at all levels and across organisations
