About the role 

Reporting to the Team Leader, Executive Support, the PA role is closely integrated within the Executive Assistant's team.  

You will provide support to two very busy Directors, so you will need to be confident in prioritising conflicting priorities.  

This rewarding role offers plenty of variety and challenge, along with the chance to work with a diverse group of people who are passionate about making New Zealand the most liveable place in the world. 

About you 

You will be an expert in diary and email management with a strong ability to provide the answers before they're asked.  You will also have: 

  • demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within a government organisation
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • fantastic relationship management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • a proven ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
  • the ability to prioritise, plan and co-ordinate activities
  • advanced computer skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products
  • curiosity and openness to develop Te Ao Māori.

Salary range: $57,393 to $74,280pa.  Appointment within these ranges will be based on skills and experience.
