Ngā Aramahi me te Hoahoa Haumi Directorate (CIDD) is responsible for developing strategies, initiatives and policies that enable the organisation to effectively and efficiently meet its goals in the areas of careers and investment.
He angitūtanga: About the Role
TEC is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Advisor with campaign delivery experience to join our Marketing team. Success in this role will be effective account and project management of marketing campaigns and projects for internal TEC customers.
- Develops, delivers, monitors and reviews marketing strategies.
- Builds strong collaborative relationships across the business/project groups to foster effective marketing planning and support.
- Maintains an effective working relationship with the internal and external stakeholders to assist with any marketing requirements.
- Provides trusted marketing advice on marketing to senior leaders and staff.

This role will sit within a high-performing team which aims to deliver effective marketing solutions for TEC.
We are looking for someone who will bring the following:
- Experience in successfully delivering marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
- Experience in working with external creative and media agencies.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to project manage and multi-task.
- Ideally you will have experience working in the public sector and a fast-paced environment
- Ability to form and maintain relationships quickly across all levels of the organisation.

The salary range for this position starts from $74,344 up to $87,463 depending on demonstrable skills and experience
