Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
We are looking for a Manager Operations Integration who will be responsible for managing and resolving complex, high-risk operational issues and projects across Client Recovery on behalf the Head of Client Recovery.
You will help maintain oversight of the Client Recovery teams on behalf of the Head of, proactively managing performance issues, complex projects and delivery of strategic initiatives with the support of the leadership team and ensuring the right stakeholders are effectively informed and engaged.
You will be a strategic partner to the Head of Client Recovery, providing advice on both strategic and operational matters.
The base salary range for this role is $164,705 - $193,771 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
While we do strive to provide flexible working arrangements and accommodate where possible, this role requires being in the office for most working days.

Mōu | About you
We're looking for someone with business experience at a senior level, encompassing significant operational and financial management. To be successful you will also have:
- Experience in development of people pipeline and understanding of workforce management
- Experience of working in large operational environments
- Experience leading significant projects with wide impact on operational outcomes
- Demonstrated experience leading and driving improvements within a multi-faceted operational environment
- Proven experience identifying and managing risks and interdependencies associated with complex work programmes
- Significant experience in building and leading internal partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- The ability to develop and implement sound strategic plans that balance the interests of customers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of case management and the importance this has on business's performance narrative is desirable
