Are you an experienced and passionate Speech & Language Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Leader to join our Kidz First Child Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape the future of Speech & Language Therapy services for children and their whaanau within a community setting.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Leader, you will:

  • Provide Clinical  leadership and coordination for the Speech & Language Therapy discipline
  • Support and mentor a team of clinicians, guiding best practices and professional development
  • Maintain a clinical caseload while managing complex cases
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient and whaanau-centered care
  • Drive innovation and service improvements within the child development team
  • Support recruitment, orientation, and workforce development

What We’re Looking For:

  • NZ registered Speech Therapist with a current practicing certificate
  • Minimum of six years clinical experience in Paediatric Speech & Language Therapy
  • Expertise in working with children with feeding and communication difficulties
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of best practices, service development, and quality improvement
  • Experience in working within an interdisciplinary team environment
  • Full, clean drivers licence
