About the Role

Te Uru Pā Harakeke has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Operations Lead.

The Operations Lead role is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team and provides essential operational support to the HWYC directorate.

We are looking for an innovative leader with drive commitment, flexibility, and adaptability within the service. A person who can manage business as usual, whilst driving our strategic priorities, vision, performance, as well as the commitment to ensuring equitable outcomes for whānau across our communities. 

The role is responsible for leading and contributing to a programme of transformational change and the integration of services across the Te Uru Pā Harakeke, in partnership with the Clinical Programmes Lead and Planning & Integration Lead. 

There is a requirement to participate in the MidCentral Hospital senior management on call roster and to act for senior leaderships as required. 

If you have experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a complex health care environment, have excellent communication skills, strong financial management experience and a strong commitment to equity, then we are keen to hear from you.
