About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi
We're looking for a compassionate, organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey toward independence. This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll make a meaningful difference every day, while building a strong foundation for a career in case management.
As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or navigating challenging circumstances, you'll play a pivotal role in their recovery by:
- Working closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers
- Communicating confidently via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Coordinating rehabilitation plans and removing barriers to recovery
- Supporting clients to achieve their individual recovery goals

About You | Mōu
You may come from an administrative, customer service, or support background-or bring experience from a completely different path. What matters most is your commitment to helping others and your willingness to learn. You don't need to meet every requirement to apply.

- Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex information clearly, empathetically, and with confidence
- A curious mindset - motivated to learn and apply technical and legislative knowledge
- Adaptability and strong organisation - great time management and flexibility to meet diverse client needs
- Resilience - able to support people through difficult situations while maintaining your own wellbeing
- A full, clean NZ driver's licence - for occasional travel
Bonus: Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential.

- Salary: $70,000 + 9% superannuation*
