About the Role

Tauranga Hospitals Maternity Unit is looking for a permanent full-time Registered Midwife to work 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week). In this role, you will deliver compassionate, safe, and competent care throughout the antenatal, birth, and postnatal journey, while working as part of a skilled and supportive team.

About the Team/Service/Location

The Maternity Unit at Tauranga Hospital embraces a collaborative and midwife-led approach, supporting women and whānau through every stage of their maternity journey. About You

To be successful in the role, we are looking for a motivated registered midwife with strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for supporting māmā and pēpi, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and patient-centred care.

  • Registration as a Midwife with the NZMC and a current Annual Practicing Certificate
