The business case lead plays a key role in delivering high quality, successful better business cases for Police . We are looking for a Senior Project Manager level business case professional to lead and manage the successful delivery of better business cases across New Zealand Police.

This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of establishing key strategic initiatives designed to deliver improved service to our frontline officers and the community.

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan and deliver BBC-compliant business cases across the various phases of the Treasury BBC methodology
• Contribute to Budget bid and investment planning information
• Plan for and manage team resources to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Production of timely and accurate project, programme and governance reporting.

• Demonstrated project delivery and business casing experience
• Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP etc) or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of several delivery methods and techniques.
• Good working knowledge of project governance

Utu ā-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence at $142,124 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
