Mental Health Registered Nurse - Primary Care Liaison (PCL) West Community Mental Health Services

About the role

We are seeking for a Registered Nurse with significant mental health experience to join the team based in Henderson on a permanent basis.

As an RN in the PCL team, you will be working closely with GPs and the referrals management team to support the referrals for clients that do not require significant input from a secondary Mental Health Service, however do require some investigation, possible one off assessment and guidance. This role also involves some GP liaison.

Essential 

• Experience in Adult Mental Health Nursing
• NZ registration (comp), with a Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health
• Current APC
• Full Drivers Licence

You would be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
