Join a fast-paced, supportive Recruitment and Allocation team and play a vital role in supporting the future medical workforce across the Auckland region.

Were looking for a proactive, relationship-focused consultant to deliver high-quality recruitment, allocation and candidate care services for RMOs across a range of medical specialties. This role brings together recruitment delivery and the allocation of doctors to training and service runs throughout the year.

Youll work closely with District services, clinicians, RMOs and candidates, providing expert guidance across the full recruitment and allocation cycle. Youll manage end-to-end RMO recruitment, maintain strong sourcing pipelines, support annual workforce planning, and help ensure allocations meet both training and service requirements.

What youll bring

• Recruitment, HR or workforce management experience
• Confidence navigating a large, complex organisation
• Strong administration and firstcall resolution skills
• Can demonstrate working with high volumes of tasks and people
• Solid Word and Excel capability
• Ability to interpret and use raw data in decision making
• Excellent selfmanagement and prioritisation
• Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
• A sharp eye for detail and plenty of common sense
