Team Leader Service Desk, ICTSC

 (Based in Auckland) 

Permanent appointment

Would you like to take your ICT career to the next level?  We have an opportunity for you to join our dedicated and customer focussed ICT Service Desk team in a challenging and rewarding leadership position.  As a team leader, you will be able to focus and balance the demands of staff leadership, customer focused service delivery and technical know-how. You will be results driven and capable to take control and lead a high performing team.

The Team Leader needs to demonstrate initiative and possess sound and current experience in managing a team in a high output ICT service delivery environment, along with proven abilities in partnering with the key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation to deliver great results for our customers. 

You will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across with wider Service Desk management team in the performance of your role.  You will have proven experience leading a team, you will have highly advanced communication skills and a demonstrated ability to bring resources together to deliver excellent customer results in a large and complex organisation with multiple locations. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a well practiced customer service ethic.  An ability to be proactive, problem-solve and a high level of self motivation is also necessary for success in this role.

Other key attributes of the successful applicant include being technically proficient working in a multifaceted ICT environment with a mix of skills in telephony, network and directory management a distinct advantage.
