We are seeking a friendly and professional person to join us as a front of house staff member with our Public Programmes Team. In this role you will meet, greet and interact with visitors and ensure all visitors have a safe and positive museum experience. You will be part of the team that assists in the delivery of the museum’s public programmes and events, such as our popular holiday activities and guided tours. You will process sales at the Museum Shop.
If you have excellent communication skills and love to interact with customers, have an interest and /or experience in the tourism or museum sector and want to be part of our team then we would like to hear from you.
You will be required to work on weekends.
The Navy Museum exists to inspire pride in being a New Zealander and for visitors to our country to understand why that is so.
