Do you have experience coordinating and organising the logistics for large-scale events and enjoy supporting a busy team?  You can do all of that here within our busy Business Transformation Communications Team where every day is fast-paced, varied and challenging.

Our significant Business Transformation Programme is well underway and we are on a mission to make tax simpler, more open and more certain for New Zealanders and transform the way we do business.  From a communications perspective, we are delivering a wide range of communications to a diverse range of stakeholders – our staff, senior leadership team, the general public and businesses to name just a few. 

We are looking for an experienced Events and Team Coordinator to join us through to 29 June 2018. 

You will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

  • proven event coordination experience, including organising logistics for large scale events (e.g. 200+ attendees) and across multiple locations;
  • outstanding administration, coordination, planning and organisational skills – with a sharp eye for detail (e.g. for the logistics and finer details involved in event management as well as the coordination, planning and monitoring of team deliverables);
  • excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels; and
  • ideally you’ll also have experience as an administrator or coordinator within a programme or fast paced project environment where you have maintained and monitored team deliverables.
