The New Zealand Permanent Mission to the United Nations (UN) in New York is seeking to recruit for the Administration Manager role. This role is accountable for overseeing the smooth running of the Post by managing the support staff responsible for finance, property, HR, security and administration functions of the post. Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have significant previous experience and knowledge of running administrative aspects of an office and managing a team. Previous experience running an offshore post would be desirable. Well-developed planning and organisational skills, including ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure are essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are also required.
