Case Worker - Fixed term - Kilbirnie
Work and Income is introducing a new way of working with our youth clients to support them in to education, training and work based training.
Based at the Kilbirnie Community Link office, you will work collaboratively with government agencies and community organisations to implement strategies that help our clients achieve positive outcomes in their lives.
You will be experienced in working with and mentoring youth and delivering outcomes based programmes. You will be able to demonstrate a client-focused practice and your ability to motivate and influence clients and engage with a range of stakeholders.
You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and have a high level of personal integrity, initiative and ability to work well under pressure. Also required is a high level of computer literacy, self-management and report writing skills.
