Job Description

Our Chief Executive has recently formed a new executive team and we are now looking for the next level of leadership to join us in making a real difference to our community in the Hutt Valley.

The newly-formed Strategy, Planning and Outcomes Group is looking for a Service Planning and Integration Manager  whose role will be to support a range of health and social integration activities across the Hutt Valley aimed at improving health outcomes of our population.  The focus of the role is also on improving equity of health outcomes, with a strong focus on self management and  improving population health. The role also has a procurement and contract management function, working with NGOs and community health providers. 

You will be working within a small but highly motivated team, with good analytical back up and support. Key criteria:

• Experience working in the public sector either at a policy and/or contract management level • Experience managing and delivering on multiple programmes of work • Motivation to making a difference to patient outcomes in our community • Strong interest in population health, equity and working with the wider social sector.

A clinical background would be beneficial but not essential.
