We are looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with our managers and deliver proactive and functional support while building leadership capability in the full range of HR functions.


You will play a significant ongoing role in being an ambassador for the HR function, and providing high quality and timely operational advice. This position calls for a performance driven individual with energy and enthusiasm to support NZ Police in delivering results and driving performance.


The successful candidate will have demonstrated a broad range of experience in an HR advisory role within a large multi-faceted or complex organisation with multiple customer and stakeholder expectations, and will be experienced in the management of disciplinary, performance management and change interventions.


Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a full time role based at the Central District Headquarters, Palmerston North.
