FILE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER – COUNTIES MANUKAU DISTRICT

VACANCY NUMBER 305114

 

 

Counties Manukau Police have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced person to work in the File Management Centre having responsibility for files at Counties Manukau DHQ.

 

Applicants will have excellent computer and keyboard skills in the area of data entry, typing and transcription. They will have the ability to prioritise and meet timeframes while paying attention to detail. They will have excellent written and oral communication skills and work well in a team environment. They will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the ability to stay calm and in control in pressure situations.

 

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following technical skills:

 

  1. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge and application of computer based records, data entry, file management and Microsoft office systems.

 

  1. Demonstrates an ability to stay calm and in control and maintain levels of performance in pressure situations.

 

  1. Demonstrates good time management skills and ability to prioritise.

 

 

Special Requirements:

 

  • A minimum typing speed of 30 wpm is required.
