Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen within the Chief Executive’s Office at Hutt Valley District Health Board for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Executive Administrator. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Secretary. Your superior written and oral communication skills and strong organisation and planning skills will be highly-valued.

To be successful in this role you need to:

• Have a solid track record in administration • Be highly-organised and able to manage competing priorities • Be able to form and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally at all levels • Have a positive and proactive approach • Work with accuracy and attention to detail • Be flexible within a changing environment • Have experience in drafting reports

As well as the above, exposure to the New Zealand health sector and the Official Information Act 1982 would be advantageous but not essential.

If you have a high level of personal and professional integrity and you're able to handle a wide range of tasks then this is the role for you.
