Your day to day responsibilities will include authorising and processing manual and electronic payments as well as managing customer enquires via email or over the phone. Other duties will include following up and assessing information, entering and updating invoices into the system as well as other administrative duties as required.
What we're looking for:
Do you have excellent communication skills along with experience in invoice processing, financial administrative or accounts payable experience? You have a fantastic customer service ethic, you will need to be able to self manage your workload, so time management and prioritising is something that comes as second nature to you.
You will also need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
This is a full time, 40 hour week position and you will be expected to work within the team to ensure that our clients are able to contact us within core business hours.
