Job Description

This role is for a team administrator to support a broad range of general and specialised administration tasks for the Executive Services Division in the Office of the Chief Executive at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Daily tasks include managing divisional communications (electronic and mail), meeting support, processing accounts, reporting, preparing communications, and a variety of general office administration support in a government environment. You will also be involved in the effective administration of Ministerial correspondence and Official Information Act requests.

The salary range for this position is $44,543 - $60,265 per annum.


You must be a New Zealand citizen and be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate New Zealand Government security clearance.
