The Learning and Capability Development team is responsible for designing high quality learning solutions that meet business needs and contribute to achieving the organisational strategy. As a Senior Advisor you will support capability development for key business groups, in this case your primary focus will be on frontline regional services.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide project and people leadership that supports capability development by:
You will work in partnership with managers and trainers, assimilating information from across the organisation and facilitating the creation of strategies that are well-informed and timely. Although you won't be directly responsible for the designing and building of training content, you will collaborate with Training Design Advisors to deliver coherent learning and capability strategies that meet the needs of the business.
