As Maintenance Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the Regional Maintenance team and helping to ensure maintenance work is accurately and efficiently processed in our systems. You will also work collaboratively with other Housing New Zealand teams to ensure that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards and that customer satisfaction and other maintenance operational performance targets are achieved.
