This is a great opportunity for a professional and experienced Senior Coordinator to take their next career step and to make a difference by successfully coordinating a new and exciting programme of work.
For every one of our projects and programmes, there needs to be a sound management and administrative support system in place. You'll ensure there is by providing support on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to assist project managers, programme managers and their teams.
You'll call on your demonstrated senior project and programme coordination experience to confidently manage multiple stakeholders and pieces of work to ensure deadlines are met and high quality standards are maintained. Your ability to manage issues and track risks and deal with the changing project landscape will be well demonstrated in your past success. Naturally you will be able to produce high quality status reports and confidently take responsibility for meeting preparation, minute taking as well as managing month end financials and providing robust financial variance reporting.
Your fantastic communication skills will be put to good use establishing relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. The role will also require some analysis and the ability to manage tasks and relationships so everything happens when it should. You will need to be able to take the initiative to ensure deadlines are met.
