There are exciting times ahead for us at Public Trust. Our goal is to be New Zealander's first choice trustee services provider and we are up to the challenge. Public Trust has been helping New Zealanders take care of their interests for over 135 years. How have we maintained our success? It's simple... our people. We are seeking an Associate Trustee to join our customer centre team and be part of shaping the future for Public Trust.
At Public Trust we value our Customer Intimate Culture where our people are empathetic, accountable and problem solvers. We are looking for customer service stars that can connect and understand our customers in order to provide exceptional service. As an Associate Trustee you will be responsible for advising our customers on their Estate planning and management needs and you will do this by providing an exceptional customer experience in which the customer needs are identified and they are offered fully appropriate solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills developed over at least two years work experience in a customer service field. You will need to be a strong administrator and also tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems with ease. Preferably, you may already have knowledge and experience in estate planning and management, however full in house training will be provided to ensure you have the essential knowledge and tools to perform your role.
In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package, a friendly and fast paced working environment in a business that is interesting and varied and with plenty of client contact.
