Senior Trust Solicitor, Legal & Risk - Permanent Full Time

We are seeking a Senior Trust Solicitor to join our Legal & Risk team and be part of shaping the future for Public Trust.
Reporting to the General Counsel of Trusts and operating in a small close knit team, you'll be dealing with a range of clients and be involved in structuring, negotiating and acting as a professional trustee on a range of trust, wills and estate matters. This role will also have managerial responsibility as directed by the General Counsel of Trusts and you will be supported by an experienced administrative and legal drafting team.
To succeed in this role you will need to have at least five years post qualification experience in a well-regarded law firm or firms, with litigation, corporate and commercial experience ideally in the trust and private client area. Your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with your ability to form strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels and from a diverse range of backgrounds will also be highly regarded.
