The Learning & Development Service Delivery Team, Lower North Region has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Facilitator. This role is pivotal in our environment and will offer you the opportunity to showcase your capability; to demonstrate visible leadership; and to reach successful outcomes for the department byempowering others through learning.
Reporting to the Team Manager Service Delivery, you will inspire and motivate as you facilitate professional forums and events to a wide range of staff in Corrections Services.
As a self starter you can demonstrate tenacity and a flexible approach. With your high levels of personal motivation and excellent communication and organisational skills, prioritising effectively to reach successful outcomes will come naturally to you.
The development of effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
Experience of operating in a busy and varied working environment, facilitating professional focused programs (including Leadership and Management development), and identifying training requirements to provide a tailored solution is desirable.
This role can be based in Wellington or Palmerston North, however travel across the Lower North region will be required. A full driver's licence is essential.
