This is a rare opportunity to join the Online and DigitalNZ teams at the National Library of New Zealand. If you are looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, then this position will appeal to you.

The role of DigitalNZ Project Administrator is responsible for providing both administration support within the DigitalNZ group and project administration support to help ensure projects and programmes are managed with a high degree of accuracy in terms of time, cost and quality. We are looking for someone with great administration skills, who is interested in the work of building and managing websites.

To be successful in this role, you will be familiar with the following;

  • Preparation and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts
  • Collecting information, summarising and provide analysis
  • Familiar with project methodologies ie Prince2, MSP and Agile Scrum
  • Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
