Project Officer – Fixed Term to February 2018
Location: Devonport, Whenuapai or Papakura
The Defence Property Group are looking for a Project Officer to manage and lead capital and operating funded projects. This is a fixed term position until February 2018.
This is a regional role and primary location can be based in Devonport, Whenuapai or Papakura. This is a great opportunity to work in a diverse and unique environment.
You will have demonstrated experience and ability in the delivery of construction or property related projects, and experience in managing multiple small and medium projects and programmes. You will also have proven understanding and working knowledge of relevant property legislation (The Building Act 2004, The Resource Management Act 1991, The Health and Safety Employment Act 1992, and other related regulations), along with experience in project reporting and budgeting and standard Microsoft Office applications.
A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, or a property related discipline, or a senior trade qualification, and a full drivers licence is also a requirement of the role.
