Job Description

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Based in the Manukau Customer Support Centre
  • Salary range between $45,000 - $50,000 (dependent on skill and experience)

The role of Administrator is responsible for the overall administration functions of the Manukau Customer Services Centre site. This includes providing support to the contact centre leadership team, general facilities management and numerous other administrative activities associated with the running of a call centre. You will have demonstrated administration and organisation skills and the ability to plan or prioritise workloads while dealing with deadlines. You are able to follow best practice in a dynamic customer focussed environment, using your initiative to identify improvements and offer support.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • have strong administrative and organisation skills
  • be an advanced/ intermediate user of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • provide friendly and effective customer service to internal and external customers
  • demonstrate initiative and be able to plan and prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
  • have had some experience coordinating recruitment of internal and external staff.
