Manager Relationships (Careers)
The Tertiary Education Commission's (TEC) mission is to ensure that all New Zealanders are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need for life long achievement. TEC invests $3.2 billion annually in the tertiary education system. Predicated on the need to have a broad and demonstrated impact across the careers system, this role is responsible for contributing to the segmenting of the careers customer base, the development and delivery of the overall TEC relationship management strategy and plans, and the management of our relationships across the system.
You will ensure that relationship plans are developed for each of the customer segments, assign Relationship Managers (RMs) to those segments and regions, and ensure that RMs work with the Ministry of Education, schools and COLs, iwi, TEOs, and employers to ensure individuals and communities have the careers information and advice they need to be successful in life. You will ensure that all relevant information is consistently and effectively feed back to the TEC team and recorded in the CRM for wider use.
