We are actively seeking a talented, process driven Fleet Manager to join the team located in Highbrook. No two days will ever be the same in this varied and busy role. You will be an integral part of a close-knit team responsible for ensuring the effective running of our fleet.

Ideally, you'll draw on your previous contractor fleet management experience within an operational environment, fully utilising your strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be good with technology, particularly around MS Excel and extracting information and preparing reports.

This role encompasses everything from organising scanner replacements and repairs through to managing key relationships with our contract couriers. To be successful in this role you will need to have a commitment to excellence and a proactive attitude to providing service at the highest possible standard.

You'll also be an inspiring leader, keen to take a hands-on management role, and drive continuous improvement and a positive culture.

Our core business hours are Monday to Friday however, flexibility is required recognising the 24/7 nature of our organisation.
