To help us achieve this we are currently recruiting new teams of Intensive Tenancy Managers to help us provide a high level of pastoral care for some of our highest need tenants. These tenants face significant life challenges such as social isolation, mental illness, physical disability, limited life skills or addiction.

In this role you will be accountable for maintaining a high level of pastoral care for our highest need tenants and to work with them to understand their needs, build trusting and respectful relationships and link them with appropriate local or national support organisations. You will act as a strong advocate on our tenant's behalf and will be key to a successful outcome of sustaining tenancies and improved life outcomes for them.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to handle and manage difficult customer relationships
  • Experience in assessing need; clarifying, re-phrasing and testing communicated need

  • Extensive experience working with people from different cultures, backgrounds and communities

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to grow your career
  • A competitive salary and a comprehensive set of benefits to protect your future
  • A team that is proud of what they do
