12 month fixed term

And just so you know we don t just talk a big game, you really will be expected to lead the activities from the front. You ll be coaching and mentoring your team to deliver success for ACC.

In this role you ll:

  • Build and continuously improve the Development Practice at ACC
  • Collaborate with the wider Integrated Solution Delivery team to ensure leadership aligns with the vision of the IT&A and ACC
  • Champion & maintain the Development practice competency model
  • Manage the supply of Business System Analyst and Developer Services through engaging in the end to end recruitment process.
  • Act as the point of escalation for Development Team activities to ensure issues are identified, addressed and avoided in future service provision

You have

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally with Business System Analyst and/or Developers
  • Significant experience in managing and developing professional teams
  • The ability to lead and manage a group of people whose work direction will be lead by different groups
  • Significant experience in driving & leading operational change
  • Experience reviewing key services and working with stakeholders to improve service quality
  • Effective communication skills in driving change
  • Proven track record driving programme and project management tools and methods adoption across the delivery lifecycle
