As a Community Corrections Administration Officer, working a 40 hour week, you will based in Palmerston North.   This Fixed Term contract is to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative services including reception, financial systems, co-ordinating non-financial data systems, and ensuring correspondence, reports and other documentation meet Department standards.

If you can communicate well, organise effectively, multi-task to meet deadlines, be resilient, have a thorough knowledge of office administration, are a competent user of Excel at an intermediate level or above and you're experienced in using computer software (especially Word and Excel) then apply now. 

You will need a full NZ Driver licence.
