Our teams work across ACC and externally to ensure that the ACC scheme is effective in achieving this goal both today and into the future.

About the roles:

We are looking for Advisors and Senior Advisors to join our Research teams in the Customer Group. In particular, we have the following roles available:

  • Senior Research Advisor Customer Insight and Experience. A key focus is on managing the delivery of parts of the ACC strategic survey programme (view position description HERE)
  • Advisor/Senior Advisor Research & Evaluation. A key focus of the Senior Advisor is overseeing the Injury Prevention research portfolio. (view position description HERE)

The goal of the Customer Group is to improve the experience New Zealanders have when dealing with us. It s about putting our customers at the heart of everything we do, being more responsive, transparent, easy to work with and fit for purpose in the coming decades. The Customer Group is also responsible for Injury Prevention strategy and design, using the combined disciplinary power of customer insights & experience, analytics, strategy, policy and research to drive and influence our organisational direction. We are committed to building a one-team approach and providing opportunities for our people to work on cross-disciplinary projects.

As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for shaping and leading a programme of work within your team. A Senior Advisor role will provide you with the opportunity to play a thought leadership role in the team, across ACC and externally, as well as the opportunity to coach and lead the work of others.

As an Advisor, you will work across the team to develop a breadth of experience on the issues that matter for ACC, supporting strategy, policy and service delivery initiatives.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for experienced, motivated professionals with a background in delivering research projects, using quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies for the benefit of customers. You must be passionate about interpreting and disseminating research findings and turning insight into action. If you have excellent relationship management skills, an innovative approach, and enjoying working across an organisation to deliver results we want to hear from you.

Experience in injury prevention, monitoring and evaluation frameworks and/or survey design and methodology, is desirable.
