Job Description

As the Assessment Manager you will lead the day-to-day operational management of an Assessments Team and ensure the team have the skills and capabilities to carry out their roles to a high standard. You will bring broad stakeholder management skills including building and maintaining key relationships with influential and relevant groups both outside and inside the organisation.

Supporting and managing a team will be critical to your success. You will need to lead by example always keeping the big picture in mind at all times and be prepared to place the needs of the organisation at the centre of everything you do. You will be motivated by holding yourself and others to account and have the drive and energy to ensure you and your team can contribute fully to reducing serious harm and fatalities by 25% by 2020.

We are looking for a technically competent individual that is able to lead a professional team of Inspectors as well as building credible relationships.
