Our multi-disciplinary teams work across the business and sector to create meaningful change. We have a large and challenging portfolio of policy, process, people, and technology initiatives underway and due to growth and internal movements, a number of opportunities to get involved.

As the Team Leader Project Practice role you will be dually accountable for project delivery and leading a team of direct reports who are responsible for project delivery. The team is comprised of Project Managers and Project Coordinators. In this role you will have experience at a Senior Project Manager level. You will use your mentoring, supporting skills and previous experience to help develop the team and grow the overall ability of the wider team and organisation.

You will ideally have the following:

  • Project management and people leadership experience
  • A leadership style that cultivates a positive and high performing team
  • Negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills at a senior level
  • Ability to communicate project management concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical employees
  • A strong understanding of the principles and practices applied by project managers
  • A sound knowledge of risk management and quality assurance particularly in relation to projects and people
