We are looking for an experienced and energetic Systems Support Analyst to ensure the integrity, efficiency and accessibility of the Ministry's corporate systems to continuously improve the quality of these environments, by reporting on usage, overseeing issue and change management and working proactively with key stakeholders to identifying areas for improvement.


The Systems Support Analyst will play a key part in providing administration oversight on allocated systems to ensure that changes are in line with strategic direction and that reporting is provided to assist with proactive management of the system.


To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Providing business administration support of MPI systems
  • Designing and producing reports using a variety of technologies
  • Information management tools and technologies.
  • Developing and implementing processes, systems and solutions within large and complex organisations.
  • Relationship management


You will be a self-starter and known for your ability to multi-task and prioritise. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
