Operations Adviser Electronic Monitoring Bail

  • Dynamic, Large, Energised Team - shift roster environment
  • National Office – Wellington
  • Permanent position

 

As an Operations Adviser EM Bail, you will be part of a 24/7 team based in our National Office and will be responsible for processing applications for and managing defendants on Electronic Bail. The role liaises with a variety of stakeholders including Probation, Police and our Electronic Monitoring Partner. The phones are exceptionally busy and no two days are the same.

 

A pre-requisite for the role is the ability to fit within a close knit team, to be able to communicate concisely with an engaged manner, coupled with the ability to make sound judgement and decisions.

It is imperative you can retain confidential information, are resilient and take pride in your work. You will need to be service orientated, motivated and able to juggle multiple balls in the air whilst remaining calm under pressure.

 

Ideally a working knowledge of Community Probation or Prisons is sought however, we have recruited others from a variety of backgrounds who are relishing the challenge and are successful in working within our complex organisation.

 

Shifts are a mixture of morning (6am-2pm), afternoon (2pm-10pm) and night (10pm-6am) plus 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday; shifts which will change on a rotational basis Monday – Sunday.
