The role

This is a newly created position reporting to the National Customer Support Manager. We are looking for someone that has had demonstrated experience in leading a team of Analysts and Trainers across different locations. This role is the expert voice of quality assurance where that you will have a solid understanding of not only best practice but you will be innovative, keep up to date with all of the latest technology and want to really grow and develop our business.
