Why work for us?

Based in the Office of the Chief Executive, the work within the Māori Economic Development Unit cuts across a number of areas within MBIE and government, which makes this work exciting and fast-based.

As the government's leading business facing Ministry, MBIE offers significant opportunity for developing experience across a broad variety of areas. About the role

We are looking for a Business Coordinator to work in a small quality-driven team, supporting MBIE's Te Tumu Whakarae and the Māori Economic Development Unit (MEDU). You will be adept at providing high level confidential support and coordination services along with diary management and keeping oversight of the multiple projects the Te Tumu has on the go.

The Business Coordinator will also support the MEDU team to efficiently and effectively execute projects and initiatives, and ensure the many and various process requirements involved in the machinery of government are successfully managed.

About MBIE
