Job Description

A fixed-term Administrator role is now available to assist Kaikoura Health in providing administrative support through this period of recovery.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide support the staff at Kaikoura Health until September 28th 2018.

As an experienced Administrator you will know what it takes to provide excellent customer service to our patients as well as administration support to the team. This is a varied role so your ability to organise and prioritise your workload, coupled with your desire to help those around you will quickly see you succeed in this position.

You will be pivotal in providing high quality outpatient services using your excellent time management and organisational skills. Day to day duties will include data entry, providing back up support to reception, arranging travel and meetings, writing up minutes, dealing with suppliers, filing, and assisting as required. You will need to have a full driver's licence.

Our ideal applicant will have sound computer and data entry skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential, and experience using Patient Management Systems would be an advantage however full training will be provided.
