Based in either Ellerslie or Lower Hutt

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of a high performing and successful Contact Centre based in Lower Hutt. This challenging Training Manager role will see you as a key member of the Job Connect Contact Centre Management Team reporting directly to the Contact Centre Manager and working closely with the other Training Managers.

As Training Manager your responsibilities will include designing, planning and delivering training to new and existing Employment Support Representatives, enabling them to provide outstanding customer service. 

You can demonstrate a successful background in training and development and have a sound knowledge of contact centre processes and technologies.  Your experience in training delivery will be greatly valued.   You will also co-ordinate with other training providers for non-technical training and will be responsible for advising Service Managers on training and development issues.  Your excellent communication and facilitation skills and the ability to positively influence others will be critical to your success.

This is a fulltime permanent position, working Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am – 6pm. 

To do well in this role, you will have: 

  • the ability to engage and quickly build rapport with people from varied and diverse backgrounds
  • proven work performance and a strong commitment to achieving results
  • up to date knowledge and skills in training delivery
  • a full clean NZ driver's license and able to travel to fulfil job requirements
  • This is an ANZSCO level 4/5 role so New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at time of application is required

This is a range E position. The starting salary will be commensurate with you relevant work experience and skills.  $53,653.00 to $73,774.00 (80-110%) .
