Job Description

Reporting to the Principal Advisor, you'll be one of a team of six committed to growing talent, and building performance development capability in our organisation. This is a fixed-term role until June 2019.

Specifically, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Administering the performance management and development system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Answering queries and providing support and assistance where required to users of the system
  • Administering and reporting on the online exit surveys for volunteer and career fire fighters
  • Providing administration and co-ordination support to P&C projects and programmes as they arise

This role will suit both a professional administrator who is passionate about developing people, and/ or someone looking for an entry-level career opportunity in organisational development or HR.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring the following:

  • A strong customer focus
  • A positive and resilient attitude; being excited to learn new things and take on challenges
  • An inclusive and approachable working style, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with system administration, and/ or an openness to learning
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be a bonus!
