Job Description

The Service Design and Implementation function within Service Development, are embracing exciting times. The Portfolio Office is looking for a new Project Coordinator to provide support and coordination to a variety of initiatives and projects throughout the Department. 

As a Project Coordinator in this team you will be providing general administrative support to various project teams.  Specifically you will be the person with their finger on the pulse, providing highly proficient and effective coordination of all project information between involved groups, responsible for preparation of project documentation, organising planning sessions and meetings across projects and programme activities, monitoring and coordinating sign off papers for governance groups, collating survey activities and reporting.

To be successful in this position you will possess project administration experience supporting teams in the delivery of projects across an organisation, coupled with the ability to establish effective relationships and networks of contacts with key stakeholders and the ability to remain calm under pressure, dealing with interruptions while maintaining the highest standard in your work. 

This is a fast paced, busy role, where no two days are the same; therefore you will embrace working in a dynamic, stimulating environment where attention to detail and capability to multitask is a must. Ideally we are seeking applicants with experience working in a Project environment in either an Administrative or Coordination position.
