Administration Officer – Part time (30 hrs per week)
 

Every week Corrections staff get up and come to work in an environment of high risk and high reward. We are privileged to have the opportunity to make a positive difference for offenders, prisoners and the New Zealand public. 


We are currently looking for a Permanent, Part-Time, Administration Officer to support our Community Corrections teams at Te Awaumutu Service Centre with a great part of the role being front-line reception duties dealing directly with those requiring the service of Probation Officers.  Other key tasks involve liaising with organisations and services we work with, processing offender files, preparing documents for court, purchasing materials and record management and other general tasks that an Administration Officer undertakes.


Working in a team and customer based environment, you will possess strong communication skills, and a non-judgmental attitude in customer service.

  • Have a Full Drivers Licence 


This position is part-time, Tuesday to Saturday. Working 5.5 hours on Tuesday – Friday and 8 hours on Saturday from 7.30am to 4pm. The salary range for this role is $38,900 - $49,475 pro rata.
