The role

Our vision is 'building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help achieve this we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support our Tenancy Services team based in our Dunedin office. In this role you will provide support to a team of Tenancy and Senior Tenancy Managers, ensuring the smooth running of the neighbourhood unit.

You will be responsible for administration within the neighbourhood unit, filing, reception duties and customer service as well as drafting letters as required by the Senior Tenancy Managers and Tenancy Managers, controlling stationary and organising office maintenance.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Prior experience working in an administration type role for a busy office
  • Well organised and structures work in a logical manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understands confidentiality and knows when it is appropriate to share and not to share information
  • A proactive approach, does not wait to be instructed to do things
