Job Description

Do you enjoy the experience of visiting our mountains and bush valleys? Would you like to help provide a safe and quality visitor experience to North Canterbury's special places?

We are looking for a Senior Ranger, Recreation and Historic, to join our Rangiora leadership team in North Canterbury. Excellent communication, relationship and planning skills are essential to provide a collaborative and integrated approach with the wider community, stakeholders and organisations.

Some of our key projects include the maintenance of over 700km of back country walking tracks, and nearly 100 mountain huts.

If you believe your skills and experience will see you succeed in this role then we want to hear from you.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.

Please apply online. Applications must include a cover letter, CV and evidence of the required capabilities as per the role description.
